Difference among Gerund, Participle and infinitive || Gerund || Participle || Infinitive

1.  Gerund=  ( verb+ing ),= Work as  Noun 

Examples: Working is good for health.

2. Participle= (verb+ing / verb+v.p.p / having+v.p.p)
                                                                             =Work as Adjective

 3. Infinitive= (to+verb base form)=Work as Noun

Example: To work is good for health.
