We are living in the age of science. Science plays the most vital role in modern civilization. It has given us so many wonderful gifts. Computer is one of them. It is a boon to human civilization. It has become a part of modern life.

Computer is a wonderful electronic device for storing, analyzing and emitting data. Charles Babbage first invented modern computer.

There are two kinds of computer. These are-the analogue computer and digital computer.

A computer has three main parts. They are central processing unit, input device device and output device. At first, it receives data. Secondly, it processes data and finally, it emits data. The central processing unit is the brain of the computer.

The computer can handle millions of problem in a few seconds.

Computer is a wonderful gift of modern science. Computer is now used in all the sectors of life. It makes our life easy and comfortable.
