Celebration of Eid-ul-Fitre

In the last year, I celebrated Eid-al-Fitr in my village with my family. Eid-al-Fitr is the biggest festival for us. After a month's fasting I celebrated Eid-al-Fitr at the end of the month of Ramadan.  It comes with great pleaser and joy. It was very enjoyable day in my life. On that day, I got up early in the morning. At first, I took my birth. Then I put on my new dress. After that I gave fitra and new dress to the poor people. Then I went to Eidgah to say my eid prayer with my father. After the prayer, I embraced each other and said "Eid Mubarak". I went to my relatives house. Special dishes like khichuri, Payesh, Polao, Korma etc. are made to celebrated this day. I made a lot of fun in that day with my friends and family. This day has a special significance for us. On the occasion of Eid-al-Fitr, we get a chance to exchange greeting among our near and dear ones. So Eid-al-fitr is the source of joy for us.
