Rahim: Hi, Karim.

Karim: Hello, Rahim.

Rahim: How are you?

Karim: I am fine. And you?

Rahim: I am not good at all.

Karim : What's your problem?

Rahim : I feel uneasy all time.

Karim : Oh!

Rahim : Can you tell me about the ways of keeping good  health?

Karim : Yes, of course. Actually, There are many ways of keeping good health. Health is the root of all happiness. None can enjoy a sound mind without a sound body. Body and mind are closely interrelated.

Rahim : oh!

Karim : At first, Physical Exercise is essential to keep good health. It makes our body fit. It is the pre-condition for keeping a good health.

Rahim : Really!

Karim : Yes. There is a proverb "A sound mind lies in a sound body." physical exercise is very useful to us. It improves our health. It makes us strong and active. It keeps our body free from diseases.

Rahim : I see. 

Karim : We should  try to eat, even if you aren't hungry. We need to be strong. We should take enough rest. We need to drink a lot of water.

Rahim :  I see.

Karim : We should take bath and wash our hands everyday.

Rahim : I have understand. 

Karim : Very good.

Rahim : Thank you very much for your good information.

Karim : You are most welcome.
