My Dear "Father",

                             At first, you will take my Salam. I hope you are well by the grace of Allah. You know that I have been taking preparation for the half-yearly/Final/S.S.C/ H.S.C examination. The weather is changing rapidly. As a result, I had a very high fever. Our hostel supper called in a doctor. He gave me medicine and advised me to take rest for some days. Please don’t worry. I will come round very soon. 

No more today. Take care. You will be happy in life. Best of luck. I will write soon again. Goodbye.
