William Langland:

William Langland was one of the greatest presumed writers of the Middle English period. Nothing can be definitely known about the life of William Langland. Probably, he was born in 1330 in England. He lived in extreme poverty. He was a man of independent thoughts. He was famous for his alliterative poetry.  He died in 1400.
