The Anti-discrimination Student Movement in Bangladesh is known as the July Revolution. It is also known as the Quota Reform Movement. It is a significant student movement demanding fair treatment in the civil service quota system. Its main aim was to reform the quota system in the civil service. It was a landmark in the history of Bangladesh. This Movement was officially formed on July 1, 2024. The students of Bangladesh brought out the procession in the different places of the country and the police fired on the procession. Abu Sayed, Mir Mugdho, and many other students and people were martyred. On August 5, 2024, the movement played a crucial role in a large uprising that led to the fall of the former fascist Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. This movement symbolizes the power of youth. Really it is a great achievement for our nation.
